Ms. Jefferson is a noted nuclear medical technologist

GOODYEAR, AZ, January 20, 2022 — Jade Ashland Jefferson has been included in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

After earning an Associate of Science, with honors, from Estrella Mountain Community College in 2018, Ms. Jefferson went on to earn an Associate of Applied Science in nuclear medical technology from Gateway Community College in 2020. She is a certified nuclear medicine technologist (CNMT) through the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board, as well as certified in basic life support (BLS) for health care providers through the American Heart Association.

Ms. Jefferson began her career with an internship as a nuclear medicine technologist at Banner Health in Sun City West, Arizona, before completing an additional nuclear medicine technologist internship with SimonMed Imaging in Goodyear, Arizona, 2019. In 2020, she also interned as a nuclear medicine technologist at the HeartClinic in Scottsdale, Arizona. From 2018 to 2020, she completed a final internship as a nuclear medicine technologist at Gateway Community College and, since 2021, she has excelled as a certified nuclear medicine technologist at the Banner Boswell Medical Center.

Ms. Jefferson attributes her success to her close relationships with her parents, who were her biggest supporters during her collegiate studies. Additionally, she considers a highlight of her career is being the first in her family to graduate from college. In the near future, she hopes to grow not only as an individual, but also as a professional in health care and a technologist in her field. Furthermore, she plans to improve her knowledge in nuclear medicine and hopes to obtain a certification in computed tomography.
